David Goad is the Managing Director for eSavvy. With over 19 years of experience, David is a hands-on leader of the business and has been involved in more than 80 Business Application Implementations. David has been involved in some of the largest implementations of Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM in Asia Pacific.
A thought leader in the deployment of CRM based solutions David was one of the authors of the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step deployment methodology and helped bring a series of consulting offerings known as Decision Accelerators to Microsoft. Adopted as best practice, these offerings are now used world-wide by Microsoft Consulting Services.

- Practice Lead for Microsoft Consulting Services for Dynamics in Australia; and
- Practice Lead for BearingPoint’s CRM Practice in Australia.
A certified professional engineer by trade, David has an MBA in Finance and Operations as well as being certified in Project Management by the Project Management Institute.
